Welcome Parents!

Sleep deprivation is not something you must deal with! Your child isn't a "bad" sleeper. Your child just needs guidance to learn independent sleep skills.

Hi! I’m Kendall Hampton, an Early Interventionist, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, wife, and mother who needs her sleep and is passionate about helping families sleep well too.

While working in the field of early intervention, I witnessed the amazing developmental leaps that occured once a child started getting quality sleep.

I saw the positive impact that being RESTED had on the entire family.

I learned that all children beyond the first few months of life are capable of developing the ability to self-soothe to sleep!

I personally remember the exhaustion, frustration, and mental health challenges caused by my children's bedtime resistance and frequent nighttime waking.

I want to share evidence-based behavioral interventions and parenting strategies with you so that your family doesn't continue to suffer like mine did.

With a concise plan and daily support, your family will achieve the restful nights that are necessary for optimal health and well-being.

You'll have a more RESTED family in just a few weeks!

A Sleep Coach/Consultant is a parent educator who can support you in implementing healthy routines and sleep habits that align with medical recommendations. The most up-to-date safe sleep recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics should be followed.
